Kinda depends on what forks & shock your model of Trance came with, but for the Fox 125RL and Fox Float R that came on my Trance, I just followed the giudelines on the Fox tech website, which say start with 25% sag on each, and tweak from there to your liking. For me that was 200psi in the shock and 95psi in the fork, but it depends on your weight and style of riding.

Just find your model and follow the guidelines - Fox tech manual 2012

Giant suggest 20-30% sag, if it's brand new then be aware that shocks can be quite stiff at first, so it may feel a bit unresponsive for the first ride or two, or you may need to add some air once the initial stiction has gone.

Sag tables:

Not brand new. RP2 on the back. The fork I am comfortable with setting just like any other (Sektor RL).

Someone told me Maestro's enjoy more sag, and you should have them sitting deep and that the efficiency of the design relies upon it. 20% and 30% feel hugely different.

I tend to overfill shocks, so I wanted to know if anyone had any experience setting them up? (bike shop, e.t.c)

I run my reign quite soft, probably 35% and it feels good. I had a trance x before which I setup just the same. If you have an xv aircan you might have problems with blowing through travel and bottoming.
