[img] [/img] Hello to all, new to the site & I guess new to mountain biking after a 20 year break!!!
This is my set off wheels, thought old an old school ride would suit my age ha ha.
Anyone else got one?

Interesting position, saddle is low, but pushed right back, and you have about a 500mm stem?

Nice bikes those though.

Yes cruiser position... the stem is now 110mm, that one was a freebie

Run mine 18 speed very quick bike with a great speck now
The best upgrade is definatley the 120mm Fox floats RP 24. I read that the bike would handle like a pig with these before I bought them, but the truth is the handling is more predictable, less twitchy & can really handle most down hill stuff with ease
Love the bike,its a great ride

I also have a NRS and it's ace. Really nice for long, fast rides.

I too have an NRS Composite, currently fitted with Marzocchi Marathon forks, "only" 80mm travel but far more than adequate for me. Looking to go 2 x 9 speed when I have some cash spare.

Excellent ride tho.
