Does anyone know if this kit which is made for 2013 and early Maestro frames will work on later bikes? Specifically a 2018 Trance 2? Are the bearing sizes still the same?

I can't find mention anywhere of a kit for later frames and wonder if that's because nothing has changed?

Yes it should do. I had the same question regarding my 2017 Anthem and emailed Giant who confirmed it would work.

It's an awesome but pricey toolset, essential if you plan on keeping the bike for a few years because it will pay for itself after two or three uses.

Thanks. Umming and ahing about whether it's worthwhile. My bearings need doing, it's going to to cost me at least £100 for a dealer to do it so maybe. I've no immediate plans to change it but I might do next year.

Resale value must be pretty good I'd have thought, if you do change the bike next year. Let me know if you pull the trigger and then find that's not the case. 🙂

It is a really nice kit. The right tools make the job so easy and it will pay for itself after 2 bearing changes.
