considering one of these for general natural xc riding. Seems good compromise of travel and weight. Will try and get a demo in LBS, but wondering about thoughts from those who have/have ridden.
(Not going to buy bike online, despite Canyon value 🙂 )

LBS hasn't got any for demo without ordering in..

I bought a standard 650b anthem frame and built up with 120mm sids, American wide lightening wheels XT 1x10 and brakes, carbon bars and post and weights 24lbs and it's a fantastic ride, best xc trail bike I have ever ridden.

jonny - very kind offer, thanks, however I am in Glasgow, so too far away 🙁
I am very tempted with one; feeling my Soul a bit sore on the ageing bones...
