I have looking at my bike last night and noticed that little bit of play in the top bush on my shock.
there it only a very little bit of play (about 0.5mm or 1mm at the back wheel) but there should not be any play and a little play can damage the shock eyelet etc...
Where is the best place to get a bush kit from?
Betd.
bush replacement too, about 20 quid, comes with a bush.
then when the NEXT one goes
get a steel "strong bush" (the giant one is alloy) which works much better with the BETD nylon bushes.
also includes a bush.
the tool makes the job SO easy, well worth getting, rather than bodging it.

Cheers Olly i will order one on payday ๐
your really need the drift tool and a hammer to do it.
Yup another vote for the betd strong bush, it's what i currently use when i fitted my pushed rp23 onto the anthem, if i remember rightly you'll need 23.4mm wide im not sure if it's m6 or m8 though.
As for the tool meh that's subjective, a bunch of sockets and a g clamp does the job easy enough.
Huxley555 cheers, but i cant find the 23.4 could it have been a 22.4?
I have emailed giant any way to ask them ๐
Well i think they knew anyway, pretty sure it was 23.4mm but you are better off asking them, remember you only need the one bush as the bottom isn't really bushed more of an axle running through.
Better off asking betd i meant to say, they're who i was on about.
Perhaps try RideOn in Rawtenstall?
Top LBS,plus Giant dealer.
Huxley555 - I have rang them and they said it was a 22mm with no .4 ๐
they are going to send me out a 22mm very helpfull people ๐
