Hi all, I'm thinking of going tubeless using this technique;

Has anyone done this using regular silver duct tape? I'm thinking that two layers should be enough!

Did 2 of my bikes last August using Stans. 26" Captains (s-works front and control rear) on DT-swiss 5.1 rims. 29" Bonty mud X's TLR on Giant's own brand rims. Just used one layer of good quality silver gorilla tape as described in the above clip, after givining em a good clean first.
Both of the above tyres work VERY well for tubless conversions IMHO, and I have been properly inpressesed, as I've done many k's trouble free, and I'm a right big fat clumsy biffer of a rider too;).
