What do I need as I think its about time I bled them?

A narrow bit of tube, a squeezy bottle with a pointy top and some brake fluid oh and a lot of kitchen roll. Open the calliper bleed port attach tube to bleed port and bottle full of brake fluid. Remove bleed screw on lever resavoir and gently squeeze it through mopping up the excess with the kitchen roll.
Bit messy but if you don't have the proper resavoir attachment its the best I can think of.
