Lying in the hospital bed with my ankle in plaster, 6 weeks in plaster, 6 in an air boot then 6 months to full recovery, new bike in the garage unridden as yet. Crap weather has turned whilst I've been sat here, fairly sure I've guaranteed an Indian summer, you're all welcome.

No they told me off for asking about physio, I be been told to sit with my foot up for 3 weeks and not consider recovery until I'm in the air boot in 6 weeks time.
