[Closed] Getting hold of Fulcrum wheels customer service

Proving difficult.
I have an issue with a road wheel and emailed them last Mon to inform them. States you should get a reply within 72 hrs - nothing. Messaged them on FB today...nothing yet. I can't even remember where I bought the wheels so going to seller not an option.
Anyone had any joy sorting issues?

They eventually replied to an email of mine, took about two weeks if I remember correctly. Weren't able to help but that wasn't their fault

In my experience they were terrible. Odd sized bearings and design. Non existent customer service. I quickly sold what I had. There's a reason they were dirt cheap pre lockdown..

Could always try contacting Campagnolo, who own Fulcrum
