They would look like chocolate cake, taste like chocolate cake and have the texture and smell of chocolate, but would be as healthy as eating some grapes, bananas and apples.

Get rid off those stringy white bits on tangerines, clementines & satsumas.
They went to all the trouble of making them pipless, when what's the point ? Pips are easy to spit out.
Those stringy bits taste horrible and are really fiddly to pick off though.
If Margaret Thatcher had put more effort in to sorting out tangerines instead of the unions, I'd have voted for her yesterday.

Grapes are absolutely loaded with sugar, a lot of apples aren't much better!
Some sort of 'ripeness indicator' on everything, so you could tell exactly when fruit was perfect. Nothing worse than soggy mangos or floury apples.
Grapes and apples should stay crunchy too.
Change the odour of durians, so that it no longer smells like dogshit.
