has anyone fitted chaintugs to this bike?? if so which ones?

My iO frame has them built in...?
Do they break/strip out easily?

mine did too, but there fiddly and suppse to round off easily.
whipped them out and fitted a surly tug to the drive side. job done.

Wouldn't bother if I were you, just grease the ones on the frame up to keep a nice simple clutter free arrangement on the back of the bike

which is the right size for the io, 10mm or 14mm?
