Interested in one of these. Does anyone have one? Has anyone else ridden one? If yes to either of these questions, how do they ride and what is the sizing like?
Thanks,
J
Keep in mind that they are not suspension corrected so you have to be prepared to ride it rigid forever.
and there's nothing wrong with that!ride it rigid forever
I am about 5ft 10 and have a 17.5" Fortitude Race. Where are you in the country? There are a few Races and SS about.
I'm pretty sure Bike in Bristol have one as a demo ride if you're in the Westcountry. Not sure what size though.
The mag has one in for test http://singletrackworld.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/fresh-goods-friday-159/
Thanks for your responses. I am looking for a new bike to reduce my use of a 17 year old Cindercone which has also more or less spent the last 13 years fully rigid. Incompatibility with suspension forks is no issue, especially since this is intended to compliment my 'big' bike. I will keep an eye out for the upcoming review.
Mr P, I am based in the West Midlands and am a 6 footer with a short torso. Has it proven great fun?

we've got an Alfine 11 demo bike we could leave in one gear for you, if you wanted? ๐
Brilliant as a second bike - it's just great fun, in a completely different way to a full sus. Once you have it in your head not to just plow into things, it's really rather impressive and not sketchy/twitchy as I somehow expected, very stable on low speed techy bits.
