I like the idea of a steel frame, but not sure I can justify the extra £200. Whaddya think?

I've nearly finished a vintage steel fixie build. I think you should buy mine!

Its a Roy Thame frame 60s or 70s (built by Holdsworth), lugged Reynolds 531, Campagnolo dropouts, in dark blue with lugs picked out in white vgc. Vintage Cinelli stem and 3ttt Mod. Competizione bars. Old brown Brooks B17. Literally fitted new Cinelli natural bar tape tonight. Also brand new wheels, tyres, tubes - the same as on a specialized langster. Got cranks on the way (sq. taper 105's) and was going to fit a new SRAM PC-1 chain.

Interested?

Joe - sounds nice, but expensive. What sort of price are you looking for?

Sorry Joe - the Langster or Genesis would be on the cyclescheme. I might be interested on something second hand nearer the £200 mark, but I can't make the numbers add up at £375. It sounds great though - you should have no difficulty selling it.
