changed my bars to some higher rise bars on my mtb and now the rear cassette gears dont change and the trigger feels like its not pulling properly.
feels like there isnt enough tension now on the cable, is it just a case of tightening up the cable?

If you've put taller bars on then the cables have been tensioned slightly more. Reset your rear mech and adjust the gears to suit.
