Getting really hacked off with gear changes on my kona dawg 3
2008 i have an assortment of fsa deore and xt rear. i have it serviced regular infact twice recently but every time out riding it wont change gear well anytime . granny cog well jus cant get it up on there middle cog ok but chain comes off a lot......is there new complete set can try so i can once again use gears

When you say you have it serviced regularly, serviced by who? Is any of it proper broken, like bent or snapped? Is it clean and lubed? How old is it?

i just bought a 10 speed deore group set from merlin (£250 iirc) includes disc brakes. works perfect.

Sounds like whoever is servicing it doesn't have a clue TBH
