[#12637647]

Just used it for the first time, really impressed with it. One question, I use it with an Edge 130 plus, and the traffic alert shows on tbe leftt - any way to move it to the right?

Also, any way to default to flash mode on a ride?

Might just be the 130 doesn't have the options, but I can't find them

Mine shows on the right. I didn't choose that, just the way it came. Edge 530.

Think I might have bought my 130 off a German site, can't see any localisation in settings other than language though

I found an option to change it on the 530 on the Garmin Forums. Might work for you?

1. Menu
2. Settings

3. Sensors

4.(select radar)

5. Sensor Details

6. Radar Alert Settings

7. Vehicle Column

8. Right

I think the Varia needs to be connected when you do this.

I've got one, but using it with a 1030+.

It's great.

For the light, I can control the flash / solid / off etc using a 'widget' (as Garmin call them) that's on the 1030 (can't remember whether I had to download that from the Garmin site via GarminExpress.ornifnitnwas already on the 1030.) I swipe the screen down off the normal views and then can swipe left or right to get to the VARIA widget. Or use buttons.

For the approaching car indicator, it's onnthe right for mine.

Interestingly, looking at the Garmin site the 130 info and ohotos shows it to be on the left of the screen (as you have).  So maybe that's what you're stuck with

in my brain, on the left feels right, you're on the left of the road, they are also on the left of the road, moving it to the right, may suggest they are on the right of the raod and they aren't

I believe that is what Garmin implements by default (depending on market)
