Finished a ride and deleted rather than saving while talking to my wife (I knew that'd come to no good; won't happen again !)
I'd quite like it back as I like to keep a running total of my mileage. Anyone happen to know a way ?
(it's not showing at all in the usual folder on the device)

You can manually enter a ride on Strava with the mileage and it'll be added on to your totals.

It’s possible, I have done it before. As long as you haven’t used the Garmin since the data will still be there - the storage space is allocated for re-use, but not actually overwritten yet.

You’ll probably need to repair the file if you manage to recover it.
