Has anyone bought a Garmin Newly Overhauled (NOH) GPS computer?
I was looking at the Edge 130 as I've seen them for ~£100. I just want a simple device to replace a smashed Edge 25 with breadcrumb nav etc.

I haven't but I must have had 20 or so Garmins of various types over the years and when they've gone wrong, as they sometimes have, they've always been good with warranties. I'd have no issues buying a newly overhauled one if it came with a proper warranty.

I've PM'd you as I have a 130 and 130 plus I'm about to sell, was waiting for month end eBay offer to list them.

They're generally not overhauled IME, they're returned items. Go for it.

I guess you were looking here in the official factory refurb shop

https://g.eu.factoryoutletstore.com/collections/cycling-gps

If so, fill your boots. I bought a Fenix 5plus from here a few months back for half the price of a new one. Comes boxed, wrapped with all OE parts. You cannot tell it from a brand new unit and it has the identical warranty of a new one too. I would not hesitate to buy from them again
