Just picked up a second hand etrex venture HC. Everything I've read says I can upload openstreet maps to it using various programmes.
I can't.
My computer skills are average, or so i thought.
Does anyone have simple instructions for a computer biff?

Does it accept external storage? U need to copy it into an SD card and put it into the Garmin.
I gave up on this in the end and bought an 800 instead!

No SD card. Only memory is built in.

I'm not sure you'll be able to put it on in which case.
I don't think the internal storage is big enough
