I recently bought a fenix 3 but it was faulty so had it replaced. Problem is I uploaded an activity to Garmin connect how can I get it on my new watch using only a phone or tablet. Thanks in advance for any help.

If you access Garmin Connect via a web browser (rather than the app) and select the activity there should be a cog icon in the icon bar (top right); this seems to have a Send To Device option along with several export options which I suspect would do the job.
