Garmin and Exposure light mounting

[#12431481]

I currently use a K-Edge stem cap Garmin mount and bar mounts for my Exposure light. I'd like to get the Exposure off the bars as a crash led to a large gouge in my carbon bars and I don't want a recurrence.

I can't use the stem bolt mounts as all my stems are too wide (Hope, E13 & DMR).

Is there another option?

Exposure do a stem cap mount, then move your garmin to top tube or use a garmin spacer mount?

Someone mentioned 76 Projects re. a job they have going. I had a look at their website and saw this little beauty.

Modular Computer Mount

Along with

Computer Mounts - for sir's choice of computer

and

Modules for Computer Mounts - including mounts for Exposure and Hope.

A bit pricey but very neat and I'm tempted myself.

I guess it depends what exposure it is? With my trace on the gravel bike I use the 76 projects (owned by an stw-er) modular mount. Keeps everything tidy and the qr/gopro adapter is very useful for charging/swapping bits in and out. I'm about to order an exposure gopro mount to see if my strada/sixpack will work with it too.
Pricey, but very good. I have the same but flipped on my mtb, to protect the garmin by having it over the stem, this obviously restricts the light mounting potential.

Mounting the Exposure under the bars will make it less exposed(!) And then if it does take a hit, it will probably be pushed back and away from the bars rather than into them.
