I've recently purchased a garmin 800, so far so good. I was after mapping for longer road rides and so far it has delivered.
On thing I can't seem to find is if it's possible to have the map screen with speed and distance on. On a couple of [url= http://www.wiggle.co.uk/garmin-edge-800-gps-cycle-computer/ ]sites[/url] show this but I can't find the settings for it..
Is this possible?

Yep - settings -> bike settings -> training pages -> map -> "2" or "custom".
