... I'm recovering from illness so had planned a gentle turbo session, yet a plod around a muddy forest in the sun sounds nice yet won't have the same fitness effect plus more faff.
Which to do!?

Maybe to early for the woods,warm up on turbo trainer and see how knacks red you are.

It's been lovely out here in Berkshire - I went out on my bike for the first time since July. Shame on me. I have a selection of excuses though...
