Has anybody used or even heard of these little gadgets

Expensive, but no co2 cartridges to buy and they look compact enough for a saddle bag on the road bike. Which is where I would imagine using it.
I currently just rely on a pump, having never invested in co2 inflators, but this little gadget may save having a pump on the frame, and be more likely to re-inflate tubeless tyres.
