Right, i'm conidering getting my trek fuel ex re -sprayed, as the paint is rather tattie nowadays... I know i can leave the bearings in to prevent the paint getting where it shouldnt etc, but they are in fine condition so there is no need to do that. IS there another option? I dont know if i'm missing something obvious. Also, i guess if i just screw in an old bottom bracket, and old headset cups etc that would make sense to prevent the paint getting in those areas?
