I wonder if I am missing something obvious when it comes to removing the mech hanger on my bike. Obviously removed the rear mech and the ABP
nut. I would assume that the mech hanger would then push through the cartridge bearing in the pivot and that would be that.It wont budge so anyone got any ideas apart from go to Lbs?

Push it harder, it's an interference fit.

Hi If it's like my Ex8 then you have to undo the ABP pivot and they screw in. I haven't replaced one but my spare one has a threaded end. Have a look at some spares.

be careful to not flex the rear triangle along the plane of the axel - they tend to snap at the top of the seat stay.
