[Closed] FSA MX headset help, please.

So I have an FSA MX headset that I’m fitting to an On-One frame. All going well until I tighten thing up, then headset locks together and nothing moves.

I have check and refitted every thing and checked all the part numbers with Windwave. All OK but the plot thickens…..

Now I have one of these headsets on my other bike, that’s working fine. So I figured I would swap the seals baring etc over to see if that helped. No it didn’t but I did notice that the bearing in the working headset are different?????? The working headset has a ABC 45 X 36o 873# ( this is the wrong bearings according to Windwave) and the headset that’s not working as the ABC 36 X 36 o 872# ( this is the correct bearings according to Windwave).

Any idea whats the hells going on with my headsets, I hope someone here can help?
