Problem solvers already make one http://problemsolversbike.com/products/eccentric_46_bottom_bracket
The only issue is that the throw is'nt that huge so you might need a half link depending on your ratio.
And it's £130....

Thanks for the link it lead me to the bottom bracket standards explained section. Damm I was sure I had BB30 but have checked and its actually BB90, arse!
