What is there?
Banshee Spitfire

None boost 142 * 12 rear

I suspect that the first two exclude the latter point. Spitfire would work but I doubt you would get one for <£500. Can your existing wheels be adapted to boost? This may open your options (but getting latest LLS geo for £500 is still going to be pushing it imo).
mk2 Rocket?
Not sure what they're going for now though. And not internal routing.
If it's a matter of building with the components you already have, then a 142mm hub is generally easily converted to Boost and a 30.9mm seatpost fits perfectly in a larger diameter frame with a good quality shim.
This is to say, don't shrink your options needlessly based on those 2 factors
You should look at the older Kona process 153. And go up a size.
Or a transition patrol and go up a size.
They are two brands that were ahead of the curve on shorter seat tubes.
You'll need a new seatpost, but you were being way too fussy anyway
Rear is a dt hub so can be boosted
Fails on the 30.9 and internal routing, but Bird Mk1 Aeris?
Older airdrop edit fits that?
Bird would be perfect
