I've got a bike with an HT2 BB, replaced only a couple of months ago. It has been ridden once in the snow, and I thought dried out, but the BB is now running smoothly but slowly.
It's just a cheapie Deore model, is it worth stripping the bike down now or waiting until it's above zero in the hope that it'll resolve itself?

strip it down and lift the bearing covers ,sounds like theres water in the bearings and they've rusted, flush the bearings out with something like wd40 and pack it with loads of grease. Should stop it happening again.
You could just wait till its above freezing, but that may be a while, and next time it does drop below freezing itll probably happen again
"but slowly."
could be your legs?
Mine froze a few weeks ago (FSA) - made a noise like a squealing pig - I cleaned and stripped ita all out and now its fine ๐
I had an XT one like that. Spun freely when riding, but when left it seized solid. Ran like that for at least a year.

The bike hasn't been ridden, after the debacle of changing gear in heavy snow I resorted to my singlespeed.
Looks like I've got a wee task for tonight then - thanks guys.
