[Closed] Front Mech Set Up Woes

Im trying to set up my front mech and having issues in doing so. I have new outer and inner cables and the height of the mech is spot on and lower/higher limit screws are in the right position.

When i change up (granny to big ring) the tension is really tight and when i chnage back down the chain jumps from the big ring to the granny ring missing out the middle ring all together.

I have checked the obvious such as shifter working properly, free moving cable and have tried slighty less cable tension when attaching the cable to the mech but still having the same problem.

I have set up front mechs before with no probs but feel im missing something obvious.

Any suggestions from the singletrack massive???
