hi just playing round with bike swapping ideas and realised i may end up with a set of post mount forks and a hope m4 is 180mm caliper is there any adaptor that would fit as i cant seem to find one

nope
if you are going from IS to PM you will get +20 in disk size. I know I have the same problem 😉
