Lewis Lacey by over 1 second, sick Mick hannah was back in 6th i think, great days entertainment!
Unfortunately we had to leave before the finals but folks were flying up the hill. Think last years record was in big dagnger!
It was a great day though, and such a good laugh! There was some excellent fancy dress on the go, unfortunately i missed seeing the pantomime tandem horse go up the hill! I was there as part of a mate's stag do and can confirm that a blue morphsuit adds new challenges, both visually and respiratory!
Great day. I had the enormous pleasure of being one of the pushers-off at the bottom of the hill.
Very possibly the funnest event in the cycling calendar. Kiddies, old ladies, mayors, WPCs, fancy dress, stag-do's, club riders, fakengers, downhillers, pro-riders (from trials to road-racing), vintage bikes, recumbents, unicycles, sidecars, tandems... everyone had a great time.
Thanks to ALL those who came to enjoy the spectacle.
