It's April now, will it be legal on Sunday, does anyone know?

well, I think that has been debated many many times over on here. It's always good to have the law on your side when a miserable old gimmer shouts at you for giving cyclists a bad name etc.

As it happens I've never ever ridden it. So I'm up for it, although I'm hoping its slightly better than the new Big Moor route. As good as it is to get a new route...it's so dull. Feels like it was for the horsey crowd, they love a boring monotonous hack.

You could add interest by riding down Sunset Slab!

Lovely area to spin past, though, isn't it?

Well to be precise the wepage says "it’s hoped that signage and gates can be installed ready for the trail to open in April".

OK it won't be techie but as martinhutch says it's a nice area - and does go someway to linking Curbar/Baslow with Houndkirk.
