Its a made up story to get attention to the ad from a load of chubby, desperate, middle aged men with enough disposable income to spunk on a bike like that in the hopes of getting laid. Barry (the real seller) is laughing his left nut off at the thought of the chubby buyer turning up in his full TDF outfit ready to ride off on it.
