Ok so Ive plastered it in wd40 and have a wee bit movement but not much. Ive taken the sadddle off and have attacked the problem with a stilson. Any other ideas?
Turn it upside down, clamp setpost in a vice and twist the frame.
Ok into the vice it goes! Keep y'all posted..... Next break 430 ish.
What materials of post and frame? The vice/twist process works but you need to be really careful - remarkably easy to snap the frame doing it.
Done it! Went in the vice and a copper hammer,wd40 and rags and a block of wood got it out. Not the neatest of jobs but it had to be done. Feel a bit crap about hurting my bike.
Pour coca cola in to the frame, leave over night, vice, job's a good 'un..........
just had to get Argos to melt mine out and cut an inch off the seat tube to fit a seatpin binder bolt as i bought it cheap with the pin buried in the tube and the top of the frame was fu++ed
