ive stripped the wheel down to just the freehub left on i have a new xt freehub but am not sure what to use to get the old one off. the manual says 10mm alen key but that just goes right through. it looks like a 12 or 14 alen key may do it or is there a special tool? it looks like an insideout socket.

old ones were 10mm, not sure re. new ones.

If it is an FH-M775 series hub then you need a 14mm allen key to get that body off.
