I have never really touched freehubs and wheels etc, but my cassette was moving from side to side and it looks like the free hub is moving, not the cassette.
Its a 10 speed hub with a 10 speed cassette so am I right in assuming it doesn't require the 1.85mm spacer?

In this instance, the cassette spacer will not resolve the issue with free hub moving as the video depicts.
Not sure what hub it is, but I suspect the end caps need tightened to take up the slack, which will hold the free hub in place. Formula hubs I've had in the past require this as end caps are threaded.
Definitely needs investigation. Makes you wonder whether the end caps have loosened or a bearing collapsed / disintegrated.
My formula wheel does that after a while cos the end caps have come loose, I usually notice when the gear shifting goes out of whack. Tighten them up and you should be good to go again.
If it's a cartridge bearing in the freehub, it could be worn out, causing the 'play', well worth stripping. The good news, is hubs that use these bearings are easy to fix !

The end cap usually stops any lateral movement.
Does the freehub move like that when the wheel is mounted into the frame?
If so, then you either need to adjust the end cap to take out the slop, or you are missing something internally.
