Sure its been done before because I seem to remember reading it but is there a tool, online, for gratis that I can upload mmo/gpx files to?

mapmyride does that I htink. can download them for sure

I like using bikehike, lets you upload and export GPX files

yup Bikehike's a goody, plus it uses OS maps. Not sure if it uses mmo though.
