Looking for somewhere to go mtb singletrack/enduro trails for a week at the end of September/start of October in any of the following: Provence area, Barcelona or Tuscany. Have done lots of Finale, Sospel, Molini areas previously so looking for somewhere similar to either of those places...but different! Somewhere still warm early autumn (low mountains,rather than high mountains).
We tend to self-guide so not looking for guided trips but somewhere with trailforks options or a guide book would be good.
Any ideas?
We are setting off tomorrow to do Sospel, San Remo and Finale for a couple of weeks.
Last year did Ainsa and then Finale back to back.
Ainsa is on the to go back list. Had a great time.
Thanks. Will have a look at Ainsa, though I think this time we're going to head to Tuscany due to travel time (from the French Alps).
Anyone got any recommendations of places to base in Tuscany area? We are currently looking at Lucca or Lerici to base ourselves.
