I'm on the lookout for a cheapish, used, slackish, full sus frame that can take a 140 mm tapered fork for a project. Any suggestions on things I should be looking out for?

Does it have to be tapered?

Not really, it could have a 1.5" head tube so I can stick a suitable headset in.

The prophet looks "interesting" ๐Ÿ™‚

Ah - so you have the forks already!

No problem - just selling an Enduro frame and forks ๐Ÿ™‚ prophet is a decent choice tho

A Prophet would definitely tick all your boxes, can't see me ever getting rid of mine.

Would a prophet take 160mm forks?

Prophet MX or X would. Standard Prophet like mine came with 140mm Pikes, can't remember what the max axle to crown is but people have been known to run them with 160mm forks.

Had a look at my frame. Sticker on it states maximum fork axle to crown of 530mm, which is what the 150mm Revs I've got on it now are.
