My carbon FTM is a great bike that i love but has an issue with shock clearance. On-one have been great and can swap it for a new frame no questions asked but the new frame and all carbon FTM's by the look will en dup with a tiny cosmetic rub from the shock valve on the mount. They can remedy this by swapping the shock round so all is good.

Another option is to take the new frame and sell before building up and getting a Anthem 29er with the proceeds (would need to sell my revs and hope hoops to finance this) - stripping this of components and putting my stuff off the titus on. Only 100mm travel at the front though.

Or option 3 - which i am liking (not an option yet but will speak to on-one). Tutus rockstar 29er frame, 120mm rebas from merlin, and mavic crossride 29er wheelset using my current components.

Which option would you choose?

I reckon the FTM probably needs washed so it's time to move it on.

The issue has been resolved and it's a good frame as you say.

Keep it and forget about anything else.

Go on a holiday or something instead.

Rob - what sort of bike do you want?

Is the FTM an itch you've already scratched? Did you discover it's not for you? Why, suddenly, would you want an Anthem instead? Are you ton and horas long lost love child?

Why only 100mm at front of anthem? Many owners use 120 forks and pretty sure frame is warranted to the bigger fork. Lots of info on MTBR forums.

I think you need a 650b - I heard it was for people who can't decide between 26 v 29.
