Hello, i'm looking for some advise on a couple of coil shocks. This Canyon DH bike is rather good VFM and comes with a choice of two shocks, Fox Van or RS Kage:

I dont have any experience of these particluar coil shocks. Does anyone know what the likely differences would be? Or any real-world experience with either?
