Hi I have a fox triad rear shock on my 2010 stumpy and I could do with some opinions on where to get it serviced, experiences on turn around time and customer service would be good too 🙂
I also have fox talas to get done and a set of Rockshox Rebas to get done at some point too but they can be done later to spread the cost!

I believe it goes back to Specialized now,Mojo used to work on them.Mojo phone no. is 01633 615815 if you wanna call them.
i think the triad is just a fox service kit which Jtech, Loco, TFT etc should be able to help you with.
Its the brain that has to go back to Spesh. Although the Triad is tricky to tune -so if you want it altered then spesh is the place.
If you want the unit tuned, I suggest a swap to another shock tbh, as they're pretty limited and another unit such as the RP23 will be more reliable too.
We service the triads etc.

Have filed LoCo away in back of brain as was in LBS and a chappie with a (mint) '04 Stumpy needed first service (EEK!),on his Fox forks and Triad shock.Ta.
