Recently bought an Orbea Occam with Fox 34 up front. I’d like the forks to feel more supple or at least try and have them more supple to see if I like it, by that I think I mean use more travel more regularly. More linear is what I think the you tubes guides call it.
Currently I’ve got them set up as per the shop. Pressure and sag as per the manual. I reduced some pressure but that instantly felt wrong. I’ve just opened them up and I’ve got 2 tokens already installed.
Would removing 1 token but keeping the pressure and sag as per the manual produce the result I want?
I’m 13.5 stone (84kg) if that helps.
Yeah, tokens make the fork ramp up faster, so it's harder to bottom out. Removing one will make it easier to use more travel with same sag/pressure
