Is this just standard suspension oil or a special blend for fox forks?
Having trouble getting hold of the Fox Red from anywhere local
Its claimed to be something fancy but many folk use quality suspension oils with no issues - however you will invalidate your warranty if you do not use fox products at stupidly short intervals
2nd hand so warranty not a concern 🙂
Try Torco RSF Mediuim (Fox rebranded it as their 7wt) or Silkolene RSF 7.5wt.
Not sure about for red, but the above are suitable for Fox Green. Try looking at Peter Verdone's page for some useful info.

pvd site is great. By comparing the spec, you'll find Fox 7 is Torco and Fox 10 is Silkolene I think.
It's far easier to tune a fork to an existing oil than blend and oil to a specific fork design.
I use Catrol Synthetic in 5w and 10w flavours, and mix to achieve the correct viscosity. £7.99 off Amazon with free delivery.
Fox 10wt (41csvt @ 40 degrees) is thicker than 7wt (31csvt @ 40 degrees) looking at the bottles in my shed.
