Did the standard air sleeve service and noticed that the propedal lever had loads of grit in it, so I undid the grub screws and cleaned it out. Being the cock I am, I accidently removed the rebound thing aswell (the red bit) and now I have no idea how to get it back in. Any ideas? cheers

I think you will need to split the damper as its spring loaded from the inside. Doh!
If the lever was a bit gritty its probably leaking damper oil so will need a rebuild.

If you've done what I think you have, then the shock will have to go to a specialist as it needs to be stripped to re-align the internal shaft with the hole for the adjuster, then recharged using high pressure nitrogen and a hypodermic syringe.Recommend Loco, but he is pretty busy at the moment.
