Saw a similar topic and thought I might enquire about my shock problem as well, Just got back on the FS since November and the RP3 shock seems to compress fine but when propedal is on it doesn't lockout (or become notably stiffer). IIRC it should be pretty hard to get it compressing but for some reason it has stopped working. There is no oil leak so the seal should be fine but what has stopped propedal from engaging? Cheers

Are you sure it is not working? I can't tell the difference most of the time when I'm riding and invariably leave it in the middle setting. I read that the best way to test it was to push down on the saddle whilst off the bike. Doing this I can see a clear difference between the 3 settings. Full propedal definately extends much slower than the other 2 positions.
