as above which direction when looking at it from the front is off?
also the rebound damping (red knob under the blue lever) which way is fully open?

thanks blob, also useful will print that out.
although that link seems to be the older model with the valve in a different place, I assume off and on havn't changed?

When you flck the switch and feel some resistance, that s on
When you flick the switch and it returns easily, that is off
