As I don't drive, if I'm travelling any distance to, say, Wales to go biking, I carry all my gear on my back and/or on the bike from the railway station to the destination and on the way back, in reverse. This adds considerable weight to the frame of course, so my question is: what is the best setting for the rear shock - pumped up hard and on "3", or left pumped as normal on "3", or left pumped as normal but open and fully active? It's a "large can" type.
All advice, as ever, etc... ๐
